CDL Land New Zealand Limited (“CDL”) is a wholly owned direct operating subsidiary of CDL Investments New Zealand Limited. CDL's core business is land-based investment and development having invested in an extensive holding of land totaling over 290 hectares in areas which the company is confident will grow over the medium to longer term.

CDL has worked hard to earn its reputation for producing high quality residential sections and has invested selectively to obtain a wide geographical spread of product right across New Zealand. CDL is not reliant on any particular market segment or location and by keep its gearing low is able to take advantage of appropriate opportunities to add to the company's portfolio when these arise.

CDL believes in innovative design and sustainable development. CDL invests a great deal of time and thought in how to best plan its developments. CDL looks to take advantage of the natural contours of the land when designing and developing and seeks to enhance and extend amenity values where possible.
