CDL Investments New Zealand Limited (“CDL”) has been listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange (“NZX”) since 1997. Its core activity is property investment, development and management.

The company has a wide shareholder base, predominantly in New Zealand and has one wholly owned direct operating subsidiary – CDL Land New Zealand Limited, a land-based investment and development company.

CDL is indirectly a subsidiary of City Developments Limited, the largest publicly listed property investment and development company in Singapore. City Developments Limited is one of several arms of the Hong Leong Group – one of the largest conglomerates in Singapore, with extensive interest encompassing property, hotels, finance and trading in manufacturing.

CDL is a subsidiary of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand Limited by virtue of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand Limited owning 65.16% of the Company and having 3 out of 6 of the Directors on the Board.
